WALT Read Breakfast labels


Today we had our 2 Nutriton people came in and showed us how to read breakfast labels.

 Light and tasty was was the best cereal to have then weet-bix  we learnt that the most fat you can have is 10 Grams unless from nut's then you can have 25 Grams.

The most suger you can have is 10 Grams unless fruit then you can have 25 Grams.

You can have 400 MG of sodium.

You must have more than 5 Grams of dietary
