For example you might practice a drum beat alot and you might be really good at you will be able to play the drum beat without looking if you want an autonomous skill you will have to want to do that you can't become autonomous without liking what you doing. an autonomous skill is a practised skill that you know of by heart and you can remember it and do it with hesitation and you can do it in front of others.
